COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE

CONSTRUCTION PROJECT COUNSELING

CJ&R attorneys and professional staff counsel and assist developer and owner clients with all phases of construction projects from inception through planning, selection of project delivery methods, performance and project close-out. We have extensive experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating engineering and construction contracts of all kinds including international contract forms used by the World Bank and international development banks.
