RIYADH PUBLIC TRANSPORT PROGRAM – RIYADH, KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA

The Riyadh Public Transport Program, consisting of six metro lines, three iconic stations, three bus rapid transit lines and a network of community and feeder bus routes, is currently the largest and most ambitious public transport program being undertaken in the world.  Serving as Contracts Manager under contract to the government authority managing the Riyadh Public Transport Program, our CJ&R partner was responsible for drafting and negotiating contract terms and conditions for major program packages, including contracts for:  Bus Operations and Maintenance; Bus Procurement; IT Systems; Bus Infrastructure Construction; Project Management and Construction Management Consultancy contracts; etc.  The Business Procurement, Operations and Maintenance contract packages were valued at 13 billion US dollars over 10 years.
