The Walter E. Washington Convention Center is an $850 Million US Dollar, 2.5 Million Square feet facility.  Our CJ&R partner’s role was as Director of the Washington Convention Center Authority with fiduciary responsibility to run the existing convention center and development and build the new Convention Center in the Nation’s Capitol.
